Ham and Mince Rolls in Creamy Tomato Sauce

- 12 Discs Cooked ham
- 1 kg Thuringian Mett
- 1 Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 1,5 tsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder noble sweet
- 1 large can Peeled tomatoes
- 200 g Sour cream
- 100 ml Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Dried italian herbs
- Vegetable stock powder
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Grated Gouda or more
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Season the mince well with salt, pepper and paprika powder, then knead with onion cubes, eggs, mustard and breadcrumbs. Shape it into 12 rolls.
- Roll each of the rolls into a slice of cooked ham. Put them next to each other in a baking dish.
- Puree the tomatoes with sour cream, cream and milk, season with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and herbs. Pour the sauce evenly over the rolls and bake on (electric stove: 200 ° C / fan: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Spread the cheese on top and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
