Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 10 slices of toast
- 10 tsp tartar sauce
- 350 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 large onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 10 slices of cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Spread 1 teaspoon of remoulade sauce on each slice of toast. Mix the raw ground beef with salt, pepper, and a small chopped onion. Spread the seasoned ground beef evenly on each slice of toast and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat (on a baking sheet). Remove the baking sheet and top the toast with onion rings, tomato slices, and cheese slices. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes at 150°C (300°F), otherwise the toast will be too dark. The cheese should be golden yellow and slightly melted.
