Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g minced beef
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 small can of asparagus
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 slices of cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
- mayonnaise
- Tomato ketchup
- Mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 slices of toast
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and fry with the ground beef. Drain and add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Continue frying until the ground beef is crumbly, then set aside. In the meantime, make a sauce from the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The ratio is purely a matter of taste, but none of the ingredients should be too dominant. Pre-toast the slices of bread (not too dark) and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the ground beef and mushroom mixture on top. Then pour the sauce (about 2 tablespoons per slice of toast) over the minced beef. Cut the asparagus spears into slices (about 3-4 pieces per slice of toast), place them on top, and place a slice of cheese on top. Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted well.
