Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 anchovies, cut into strips
  • Garlic butter
  • chives
  • some herb cream cheese
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat some butter in a small pan, add the egg, and fry until scrambled. Season. In a second pan, heat about 1 tablespoon of garlic butter and toast the slice of toast on both sides. Place the toast on a plate, spread with herb cream cheese, top with the scrambled egg, arrange the anchovy strips on top, and sprinkle with chives.
