Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of wholemeal toast
  • Butter, for toast
  • 8 slice(s) Salami (poultry), small slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 thin spring onion(s)
  • Fat, for the pan
  • 1 small tomato(s), for decoration
  • Sea salt, from the mill
  • Pepper, colorful, from the mill
  • Chili flakes, a touch of it, if you like that

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast with poultry salami, fried eggs and spring onions

Spread the toast with butter (toast first if you like) and place it on a plate. Arrange the salami slices on the bread. Heat the oil in a small pan and fry two fried eggs. Slice the spring onions into small rolls. Place the eggs on the toast, season, sprinkle with the leek rolls, and arrange tomatoes on the edge of the plate as decoration.
