Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 300 g cheese
- 1 can tomatoes, pureed (400)
- salt and pepper
- chili
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 250 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Knead all the ingredients for the dough thoroughly. Roll out the dough with a pasta machine and cut out ravioli. Place a piece of cheese on each cut-out ravioli, then fold and seal the ravioli. For the sauce, heat the passata and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Cook the ravioli for about 2 minutes, then drain. Beat the egg and coat the ravioli first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb-cheese mixture. Spray the ravioli with oil and place in the air fryer for 12 minutes.
