Toffifee – Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (caramel)
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 g confectionery (Toffifee)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well. Combine the melted butter with the sugar (white, brown, and vanilla) and pudding mix. Beat with a hand mixer for about 3-4 minutes until creamy. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time. Gradually add the flour. Finely chop the Toffifee and stir into the batter. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Scoop out small portions with a teaspoon and place them on the paper. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
