Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 24 Confectionery (Toffifee)
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for a 12-cup muffin tray
Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the butter, 1 vanilla sugar, sugar, eggs and milk. Mix everything with a hand mixer. Finely chop 12 Toffifee and fold into the batter with a spoon. Then pour the batter into the cases of a 12-hole muffin tin. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack. Every oven is different, so it’s best to just check and do the skewer test. Let the muffins cool. Whip the cream with the remaining vanilla sugar until stiff. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of cream on the cooled muffins and place a Toffifee on top of each one. Refrigerate the muffins until ready to eat because of the cream.
