Tofu – Curry
The perfect tofu – curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Tofu – curry
- 200 g Smoked tofu
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Snow peas
- 3 Peppers (Sweets – Paprika – Mix)
- 3 *Knoblauchöl
- 1,5 tsp *Currypaste, rot
- 2 tbsp *Teriyakisauce
- 4 tbsp Rice wine
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 pair Basil
Tofu – curry
- Dice tofu and mix / mix in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce and let it steep. Peel the ginger, garlic and onion. Finely chop the first two ingredients and thinly slice the onion. Clean and wash snow peas and cut off the ends at an angle.
- Clean the three peppers and dice the seeds. Put a wok on the stove and heat the garlic oil in it. First add the snow peas and fry them briefly. Stir in curry paste. Also add the onion slices, garlic and chopped ginger. Stir, diced paprika and diced tofu into it.
- Season with rice wine, lemon juice, raw cane sugar and soy sauce, season to taste. Stir and then pour into two deep plates. Decorate with basil leaves and serve immediately!
