Goat Cheese Gratinated with Tangerine, Mustard and Black Forest Ham

Ingredients
 

Mandarins mustard

  • 7 Discs Black Forest ham
  • 2 Eßl. Mustard
  • 1 Eßl. Mandarin juice
  • 2 Teaspoon. Mustard
  • 1 pair Thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 thin slice Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 pair Roasted Madel leaves

Instructions
 

  • A roll of goat cheese Camembert, cut into thick slices. Place the oven on the grill function. Lay out the parchment paper.

Tangerine mustard

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard, a tablespoon of tangerine juice, the honey and the chopped thyme as well as the garlic stir everything together well. Set aside to taste.
  • Wrap the cheese with a slice of ham on top, put some of the honey on top, place on the baking paper and slide it into the top rail of the oven. Baked at 23o °. Now it can be arranged, I have added tangerine fillets and roasted almond flakes, if you like, you can serve a glass of red wine with it. Slice of baguette also fits quite well.
