Wrap the natural tofu in a kitchen towel and pat dry on all sides, applying light pressure. Ideally, wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel, place a weight on top, and let it drain for 30 minutes. Mix the ground flaxseed with water and let it soak for 10 minutes. Crumble the tofu finely into a bowl with your fingers. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic and parsley. Add everything to the bowl. Add the tomato paste, oat flour, salt, soy sauce, oregano, paprika, cumin, and ground flaxseed to the tofu. Mix everything well and let it sit for 20 minutes. Form the tofu mixture into 15 to 18 equal-sized balls and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy the balls with a dip of your choice.
