Tofu – olive paste

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar olives, green or black, without stones
  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • some savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the olives and blend them with a hand blender. Cut the tofu into small pieces, then add it to the olives and blend. Mix in the olive oil and vegetable stock. Chop the fresh savory and stir in. Tastes great and will keep refrigerated for at least 2-3 days.
