Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1,500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g smoked tofu, finely diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 200 g carrot(s), very fine slices
- 150 g mushrooms, very finely sliced
- 1 bunch spring onion(s), finely sliced
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- 1 tsp syrup (agave syrup)
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 pinch of lemon(s) – zest, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the oil and fry the tofu until browned. Add the garlic and fry briefly. Add the carrots, mushrooms, and spring onions and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Add the vegetables to the boiling vegetable broth. Season to taste with wine, soy sauce, agave syrup, and spices.
