Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g minced pork
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 Pepper
- 1 cup of water, approx. 125 ml
- 450 g tofu, soft
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch(s) white pepper
- 1 ½ tsp, leveled cornstarch
- 1 ½ tbsp water
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the mushrooms, spring onions, chili peppers, and garlic. Dice the tofu. Heat a pan and add the oil. Add the mushrooms and ground pork. Fry the ground pork until the pork aroma releases, then add the chopped garlic and chili peppers. Stir-fry and add a cup of water. Bring to a boil and add the tofu. Cook for about 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Cook for another minute. Combine the cornstarch and water and pour into the pot, stirring gently with a spatula until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve.
