Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced pork
- 4 tbsp peanut oil
- 4 carrots, cleaned and cut into sticks
- 4 spring onions, cut into rings
- 1 class can/n bamboo shoot(s), approx. 150 g
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp rice wine or sherry
- 4 tsp hoisin paste
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the meat in the peanut oil. Add the vegetables and top up with the broth and rice wine. Simmer over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Season to taste with spice paste, oyster sauce, and pepper. Serve with rice or mie noodles.
