Tomato Ajvar Soup

The perfect tomato ajvar soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Fresh onions
  • 8 Vine tomatoes or others
  • 1 Eß Ajvar
  • 0,5 piece Stock cube
  • 300 ml Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  1. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes, peel the onions and also cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Now add the tomatoes and sauté briefly in the fat, add water (so that the tomatoes are covered), add 1 tablespoon of Ajvar and 1/2 stock cube and simmer everything together for about 10 minutes. Puree the soup with a mixer
