Tomato Ajvar Soup

- 3 Fresh onions
- 8 Vine tomatoes or others
- 1 Eß Ajvar
- 0,5 piece Stock cube
- 300 ml Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes, peel the onions and also cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Now add the tomatoes and sauté briefly in the fat, add water (so that the tomatoes are covered), add 1 tablespoon of Ajvar and 1/2 stock cube and simmer everything together for about 10 minutes. Puree the soup with a mixer
