Tomato and avocado toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 2 slices of cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon and mash it onto the sandwich slices. Then top with tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the onion into strips and arrange on top. Finally, top with cheese and bake at approximately 150°C to 180°C for 5 minutes.
