Tomato and egg salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • ¼ onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • lots of parsley
  • some salt and pepper
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Mix the vinaigrette ingredients and add them to the tomatoes. Peel the eggs, slice them, and add them to the salad. Serve with baguette.
