Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp ginger root, freshly grated or ginger powder
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

perfect for summer rolls and Asian salads

Blend the ingredients in a blender, gradually adding water until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, season with salt if the dip isn’t spicy enough for you.
