  • 380 g minced meat or ground beef
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 3 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pack of pizza dough, or make your own fresh
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions or make your own from scratch using a recipe and place it on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or greased). Press the edges up slightly. Finely chop the onions, parsley, and garlic; clean and roughly chop the mushrooms. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Stir in the onions, garlic, and mushrooms and season to taste. If desired, you can also add the meat seasoning. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. Slice the tomatoes and place them on top of the minced meat. Top with the sliced ​​mozzarella. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
