Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 apples (depending on size)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple, fast and good

Beat the margarine until fluffy, then gradually add the sugar, eggs, salt, and lemon juice. Sift the flour and stir in a tablespoon at a time with the baking powder. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a 26 cm springform pan. Peel, core, and slice the apples, and arrange them in a circle on the batter, leaving a 1 cm border. Mix the remaining batter with the milk and spread over the apples. Top with butter flakes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 160 °C for about 40 minutes (depending on your oven).
