Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 packet Flour mixture for pizza (with yeast)
  • 150 g Sliced ​​smoked salmon
  • 100 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 100 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dill, finely chopped
  • 100 g Mountain cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 piece Spring onions, cut into thin rings

Instructions
 

  • Prepare pizza dough according to the instructions on the package and let it rise, or make your own yeast dough for pizza. Mix the herbal cream cheese with creme fraiche, the dill and the spring onions and season with pepper. Fold in the cheese. Roll out the pizza dough flat on a pizza pan and brush with the cream cheese mixture. Bake the pizza at about 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 25 - 30 minutes until the base is nice and crispy. then top with the salmon and serve immediately.
