Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), chopped
  • 100g Gouda
  • 1 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the cheese into very small pieces. Mix the pieces with all the ingredients.
