Tomato and mozzarella salad with crème fraîche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, more or less to taste
  • 4 mozzarella
  • 3 packs of seasoning mix (salad topping)
  • 3 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A salad to devour

Combine the crème fraîche and yogurt in a bowl. Then stir in the peeled, chopped garlic and salad dressing. You can use more garlic and an extra bag of dressing to taste. Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the mozzarella. Add both and stir.
