Tomato and mozzarella schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g tomatoes, chopped
  • Broth powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • some sugar
  • 1 point mozzarella
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper. Place in a greased baking dish. Season the tomato pieces generously with bouillon powder, Provençal herbs, and sugar, and sprinkle over the turkey schnitzel. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the tomato sauce. Cook in the oven (not preheated) for 1 hour or in the preheated oven (150°C) for 45 minutes. Serve with brown rice and salad.
