Tomato and Sheep Cheese Spread

The perfect tomato and sheep cheese spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Sheep feta
  • 50 g Pickled sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Chilli jelly – see my KB, or fresh chilli
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • 1 Garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  1. Mash the sheep feta in a bowl with a fork. Add the chilli jelly. Finely dice the tomatoes and add them as well. Now add the pinch of cinnamon, the grated garlic and the lemon zest and mix everything well, adding enough olive oil to make a spreadable mixture. Now just add salt to taste.
