Tomato Sheep Cheese
The perfect tomato sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Tomato
- 0,25 piece Avocado
- Sheep cheese
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Cut the tomato into slices and place on a plate. Cut a few slices of sheep’s cheese and place on the tomatoes. Cut the quarter of the avocado into pieces and place on top of the sheep’s cheese. Sprinkle everything with a little lemon juice, pour a little olive oil over it and season with salt and pepper.
