Tomato cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tomatoes (chunked)
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese
  • some cheese, grated (e.g. Gouda)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper, herbs de Provence
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • Herbs de Provence
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and fry it in a pan with a little olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry. Then add the tomatoes. Fill the can with water and pour it into the pan. Let the mixture simmer on low heat. Add 2 tablespoons of processed cheese, which will gradually melt. Finally, add some grated cheese (e.g., Gouda) if desired and let it melt, then stir in some herbs de Provence. If desired, you can thin this out with a little more water.
