Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 tomatoes
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 6 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 24 olives
- Thyme
- nutmeg
- Salt
- pepper

Slim while you sleep, suitable for vegetarians
Cut the tomatoes into eighths and season with salt and pepper. Place them in one large or three small dishes. Dice the feta cheese and scatter it among the tomatoes. Whisk the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme and pour over the tomatoes. Arrange the olives on top. Then place in the oven at 160°C (convection oven) for 40 minutes.
