Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 40 g parsley, flat
- 125 ml olive oil
- 25 g coriander leaves
- 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Sea salt, coarse
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauce or dip
Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a food processor until slightly smooth. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Makes about 250 ml of sauce. Delicious with grilled meat.
