Tomato – corn – cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar
  • Oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, add a little sunflower oil to a small saucepan. Let it warm up. Dice the onion and add it to the hot oil, then sauté. Add the tomato paste and stir. Add the heavy cream and stir in. Then add the corn and vegetable stock. Stir everything thoroughly and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, sugar, and pepper. Pasta is best served with this.
