Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • Fat for frying
  • 1 can tomatoes, peeled
  • 3 tbsp Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry in a pan. Add the stock cube, the tomato juice from the can, and a little paprika sauce, and simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes. Finally, stir in the canned tomatoes and a cup of sour cream and bring back to a boil. Serve with plaited pasta and a green salad.
