- 2 pkt. creamy shepherd’s cheese, approx. 175 g each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- Pepper from the mill
- 1 baguette(s)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan). Peel the pears, halve them, and core them. Quarter the figs. Drain the feta cheese, halve them diagonally, and cut each into two slices. Wash and shake dry the rosemary and thyme. Cut four sheets of baking paper to size and brush them thinly with olive oil. Arrange two pear halves and eight fig quarters on each sheet. Add two slices of feta cheese and a sprig each of rosemary and thyme. Sprinkle the ingredients with pepper and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Seal the sheets tightly over the fruit and feta cheese, and bake the parcels on a baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette. Tip: Make the dessert with fresh figs, quarter the pears, and bake in the oven for only 20 minutes.
