Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g rice (brown rice)
- 1 stalk(s) leek, small
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 3 tbsp fresh herbs such as parsley or basil
- 1 tsp yeast flakes
- some clarified butter or olive oil

Cook the rice until tender. Clean and wash the leek, cut it into thin slices (don’t use the dark end of the stalk), and fry gently in a little clarified butter or olive oil. Wash and dice the tomatoes, then cook them with the leek over low heat. Finally, stir in the vegetable stock and the finely chopped herbs. Stir in the nutritional yeast before serving. Either mix the rice with the vegetables or serve it separately on the plate. For younger children, the vegetables and rice can also be pureed.
