Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, ripe
- 200 ml orange juice (blood orange juice)
- 1 lemon(s), organic, the juice
- 100 rock sugar, white
- 20 g balsamic cream
- 3 tsp Tabasco
- 350 ml white rum, 37.5%
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

Bloody Mary style
Quarter the tomatoes, add them to a large mixing bowl with all the ingredients, season with pepper, and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Transfer to a large, lidded jar, seal, and let it steep on a sunny windowsill for about 14 days. Then strain through a fine-mesh sieve, season with pepper to taste, and bottle. Very spicy, but definitely something different. Makes about 950 ml of liqueur.
