- 1 large cucumber(s)
- 325 g rock sugar, white or brown
- 0.7 liters of spirits, e.g. vodka or grain alcohol
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 15 minutes
Peel and quarter the cucumber. Place it, along with the schnapps and rock sugar, in a sealable container with a wide opening, such as a 1.5-liter jar, and let it steep for about seven days.
