Tomato – Mascarpone Dip
The perfect tomato – mascarpone dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 75 g Dried tomatoes in oil
- 125 g Mozzarella
- 60 g Pine nuts
- 0,5 pot Basil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt pepper
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown, remove and allow to cool.
- Finely dice tomatoes, mozzarella and garlic.
- Pluck the basil leaves and cut into small pieces.
- Finely chop the pine nuts, set a few aside for garnish.
- Mix the mascarpone, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic and chopped pine nuts well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with the remaining pine nuts.
