Tomato – Mascarpone Dip

The perfect tomato – mascarpone dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 75 g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 60 g Pine nuts
  • 0,5 pot Basil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt pepper
  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown, remove and allow to cool.
  2. Finely dice tomatoes, mozzarella and garlic.
  3. Pluck the basil leaves and cut into small pieces.
  4. Finely chop the pine nuts, set a few aside for garnish.
  5. Mix the mascarpone, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, garlic and chopped pine nuts well.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining pine nuts.
