Tomato-mozzarella salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 4 leaves of red basil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Oil (olive or any oil)
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into thin, round slices and arrange them on plates with the mozzarella. Scatter the onions and chopped basil leaves on top, season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Drizzle with oil and vinegar just before serving, and enjoy.
