Tomato Parmesan Dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 6 tbsp Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and garlic. Sauté them in a pan with a little oil for three minutes on each side. Let the garlic and tomatoes cool. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Remove the garlic from the pan and mix the tomatoes with the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and thyme. Purée everything in a blender. Season with salt and pepper.
