Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 point buttered vegetables
  • 250 g pasta e.g. E.g. fusilli, penne, short spaghetti…
  • 2 pairs of Vienna sausages
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the passata and broth to a boil. Add the buttered vegetables and pasta. Cook until the pasta is tender. Slice the sausages, add them, and heat through with the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and stir in the chopped parsley.
