Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
- 4 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 80 g paprika paste, mild (e.g. Ajvar)
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- e.g. lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for grilling or simply with bread or vegetable sticks
Sauté the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato in the olive oil for about 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Finally, season with a little lemon juice.
