Mint-Orange Cocktail

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tea bags, peppermint
  • 500 ml water
  • 160 ml brown rum
  • 80 ml orange liqueur
  • 400 ml fresh orange juice
  • 4 tbsp syrup, (sugar cane syrup)
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour boiling water over the peppermint tea and let it steep for 7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool. Stir the remaining ingredients—except the mint—into the cold tea. Fill 4 large glasses with ice cubes, add the mint sprig, and top with the cocktail.
