Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 pts vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the flour mixed with baking powder on the countertop. Sprinkle with sugar and vanilla sugar. Make a well. Crack the eggs into it. Add the flaked margarine. Don’t forget the pinch of salt. Knead everything into a dough. Roll out to about 3 mm thick and cut out cookies. Brush with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
