Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and remove the stems. Chop them finely as desired. Peel the onion and chop them finely as desired. Season with salt and pepper.
