Tomato salad "Marlisa"

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch of coriander and mint
  • 10 stalks of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • possibly sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, removing the stems first. Finely chop the herbs, halve the chili pepper, thoroughly remove the seeds and white inner membrane, and finely chop them as well. Add both to the tomatoes and stir to combine. Mix the honey, lime juice, and soy sauce thoroughly and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt, if desired. Fresh flatbread goes perfectly with this dish.
