Tomato salad with grapefruit and yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ grapefruit(s)
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp creamed horseradish
  • some salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Cut the flesh out of the grapefruit half and use the juice for the marinade. Mix the ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and oil. Mix the yogurt with the creamed horseradish and serve as a topping. This salad is especially delicious in the cold winter months.
