Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g cream cheese
- 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
- 2 tbsp salsa (Texicana salsa)
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, pour it into a bowl (preferably a glass one), and spread it evenly. Spread the Texicana salsa on top. Deseed and chop the tomatoes, and spread them over the mixture. Sprinkle with chives, refrigerate, and you’re done! You can also use different colored cocktail tomatoes; these don’t need to be deseeded. It’s a real eye-catcher at any buffet or barbecue!
