Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, 500 g
  • 1 cup whipped cream or UHT cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • e.g. basil
  • some fat or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

when things have to go quickly

Dice the onion and fry it in a little fat or oil. Briefly fry the tomato paste. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. This goes well with pasta, tortellini, and gnocchi.
