  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp, heaped paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 8 tbsp oil (rapeseed or sunflower oil)

For the marinade, combine the spices and add the oil. For steaks, place the meat in a large bowl. Mix the marinade with the meat. For skewers, cut the meat into cubes and mix with the marinade.
