Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled (800 g)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- oregano
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in the oil for at least 10 minutes until translucent. Add the peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, and vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Then puree everything until no lumps remain. Season with salt and oregano.
